Where could the Hladina Method lead you?

 

To  living in a New Creation consciousness, which changes your body and takes you beyond homo sapien...to becoming an in-lightened, living on earth, new species...

 

Here is an analogy for you to feel into:
Imagine your consciousness becoming like a special evolved bird who easily flies to many levels; sees the world from above, dives below in the depths of water, and walks on land. This special bird also has the internal awareness of being one with the landscape and all other creatures, yet retains its own sense of being a individualized personality. It directly knows the magnetic earth energies, approaching winds, and momentary necessities of its own health. This bird would also be capable of a Divine co-creative transmutation in case it wanted to have a body beyond a normal bird, while maintaining its sense of freedom, harmony, ease, 'knowing' in the moment, connecting with others. All of this would be accompanied by a constant wonder and gratitude for ever new experiences and adventures. Its life would have the sense of going from one experience of inner richness and fulfillment to the next in a spontaneous flow, flowering of capacities, and expression.

 

 

“Hladina” is  derived from the Sanskrit word Hladini. In his book, The Mother,  Sri Aurobindo describes Hladini as a powerful ecstasy which flows from supreme Divine Love. He says this alone can heal the gulf between the Supramental heights of the direct Divine power of manifestation and lowest levels of presently unconscious matter. All earth matter awakens with the Hladini Love and the manifesting power of the Supramental. This is leading us to a new type of body and basis of a New Creation on earth.

 

The Hladina Method® accesses this supreme Divine Love within the body for healing and conscious evolution. Ultimately, HM is a pathway from  Homo Sapien evolutionary development to a progressive embodiment of a post human species, which lives from its experience of being Divine. Sapien means 'to know' in Latin. In a play of words, which is also a definition, I am calling this next specie Sapien Divinus- meaning we “know” we are all divine—“Divine Us” is shortened to Divinus.

 

The underlying principles of The Hladina Method indicate a healing and spiritual transforming path of ascension. It is a path for dedicated individuals, a valuable avenue of experiential discovery for teenagers, and a vision for all people aiming for personal and transpersonal transformation. Specifically, The Hladina Method as a registered trademark process is a healing and facilitating dialog technique intended for individual clients and couples.Training to become a Hladina Facilitator is available for professionals in the field of transformational psychology for individuals who want to master self-use techniques and have gone through HM workshops or private sessions.

Foundation

The Hladina Method uses the evolutionary yogic discoveries of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother synthesized with principles and techniques from transpersonal and somatic therapies and discoveries from my own spiritual-physical development and professional work with clients. The Hladina Method as a trademarked process, refers to specifically to three unique discoveries made through my work, distinguishing it from other transpersonal therapeutic approaches or somatic processes. These are:

         
1) Layers of the Heart process, which leads to effective body-anchored spiritual revelations. This process gives the client a direct body sensation and internal vision of three primary layers of the heart center:

•  Personal-emotional heart center, at the level of the sternum
•  Psychic Being - Sri Aurobindo's term for the evolving soul spark or soul personality, at the center of the heart, the individualized true unique essence of being which actually grows and learns through the evolutionary process of many lifetimes. (Different from the unembodiied Higher Self which guides from above but is always the same- not affected by evolution. The Higher Self and Psychic Being must be consciously connected for the full transformation to be accomplished on earth.)
• Transpersonal Divine, behind the physical heart, felt as the "isness", the Vast, the All and Nothing, where the word "I" can not be utter because it doesn't exist in separatness at this plance of being.

2) Clearing Cellular Womb Residue, an effective, safe, and secure passageway through the lowest layer of cellular residue to reach pure cellular consciousness. This layer is cellular residue or negative impressions and unconscious patterns of energy, formed in the womb when the physical body was biologically at one with its mother. This place has always been described as where 'the cells feel they will die if they go beyond it' by the Mother, Satprem, every client, and everyone that I've interviewed who were in a process of ascension-transmutation. This sensation has made certain phases of the transmutation process scary. I looked for this passageway for years and found it for myself in the late 1990's. Only in 2004 did I finally find a relatively easy way to help clients through this layer. For the body  consciousness, going beyond this layer feels like going back to the only thing that existed before birth. This feeling is translated as the sensation of death. The discovery of this passageway and its use has profound healing effects and implications for psychology in general. Now my clients find it easy to go through these passageways.

 

An update in 2011, I have observed that there are now people who are getting through womb residue much easier than in the past. There are various therapies that work with womb residue.

In my work in 5 countries and with people from over 20 different nationalities I would say that a progress has been made in the collective layer where matter is actually one, so for those who are sincere in clearing their cellular residue there are now several ways to go through this layer.

         
3) Use of Liquid Light, all pure colors of 'liquid light' are used.

The Hladina energy looks creamy opalescent white with all the sparkling colors of the rainbow in it. This is particularly used, as it comes through the heart center, for healing and transmutation in the body. Although many historical accounts of spiritual adepts refer to luminosity in the body,  The Hladina Method is the first detailed modern account of how to access light at the center of the heart. This light is used first in a therapeutic facilitated setting and then on one's own.

 

While there are many spiritual groups who focus on the light body, only some of these groups

have a goal of transforming our present bodies into an in-lightened body on earth, for earth,

for the next stages of earth evolution. The Hladina Method is for those people who have a sincere calling to become this next specie of this earth, knowing that earth herself is changing.

Overall Goals of The Hladina Method

The overall goals of the Hladina Method are:

• Encourage and support your own self-sovereignty through facilitator assisted self-discovery, self-listening, self-love, creative expression, and Divine recognition.
• Promote psychological and physical healing.
• Aid in integrating the many parts and multi-dimensionality of your being with your central spiritual self.
• Provide a safe and reliable method for experiencing yourself as a continuum from the surface personality to the incarnated soul, called the Psychic Being, and to the Transpersonal Infinite Vast.
• Open the doors to the utilization of liquid light as a 'natural' evolutionary energy.
• Provide valuable and effective tools, skills, knowledge, and experience to deal with ascension symptoms and enhance the evolutionary journey resulting in a constant loving inner presence, peace, harmony, confidence, ease, sense of purpose, Divine/soul guidance, and fulfillment.
• Help form communities where the outer transitions of energy use, sustainable materials,connection with nature, and the greater flow of creative and artistic expression can accompany the inner development. The word community here is used in the largest sense possible from shared living space to virtual connections.

Overview

The Hladina Method puts primary importance on the discovery of the Psychic Being or embodied soul, anchored in the heart center. This center becomes the reference point and foundation for all other aspects of integration, motivation, and creation in one’s life. Since the Psychic Being is directly connected to the Divine source of all, it provides the spiritual discernment, love, and connectedness, needed to safely open to advanced states of consciousness. A direct opening to the Higher Self, or eternal, unchanging aspect of the personal divine, through the 7th chakra is encouraged through meditation; but it doesn't figure into the specified techniques of The Hladina Method-Level One except under special circumstances.

 

Connecting the light of the Psychic Being to the Higher Self is the beginning of Level Two. This is because many spiritually oriented people would skip all the necessary psychological clearing and integration if they connected immediately to the higher self.

There are ample examples of spiritual groups, channeling individuals, and even spiritual leaders

who are missing this level of grounding and integration, which makes them more susceptible

to the overwhelm or disconnect later when the spiritual transformation of the body becomes more intense. This is why even if an indivudal has a strong Source connection with the Higher self,

the integration and clearing work is not overlooked nor neglected. The Hladina Method is for those who are sincere in understanding that we are evolving into an ego-free true spiritual Self

and that all of the "powers" of manifestation must be used for this purpose and not for individual

greed or old world style of "abundance". So a clearing process is necessary so we can live this-

when we live this then we don't have to try and effort to "create it". It comes naturally because

That is who we are- all togehter.

 

Living consciously from the Psychic Being is important to interactions with others, whether they are physical beings on earth or beings in other subtler realms. The Psychic Being insures an authentic source of self-sovereignty, self-knowing, and spiritually discerned choice. With dedication and commitment, the ego and defense structures dissolve while the Psychic Being becomes the reliable center from which one integrates the many parts of one's personality and layers of being. This initial spiritual opening and reference point  leads to a profound sublime peace that is needed to gracefully assimilate the light and higher energies, that are descending to the earth at this time. These energies range from external perceptions of the Supramental golden light to internal perceptions of liquid light flowing through the body, which stimulate the physical transmutation.

 

Without the safety of living from the Psychic Being, opening to higher realms can poses real risks to a person's balance, well-being, and capacity to function in the world. I have worked successfully with many people who experienced an overload of spiritual energy or difficulties with ascension symptoms.

 

The Psychic Being, at the center of the heart, recognizes the new energies and automatically knows how to handle or direct them.

 

The first  experience of the Layers of the Heart  automatically alters many of a person's presenting issues.  However, the body-mind doesn't always allow someone to go straight through the layers. The heart is necessarily the most protected organ of the body and may require clearing in other parts of the body before the heart feels safe enough to release its defenses and reveal its treasures. For this reason and for on-going integration, the Hladina Method includes processes for 'Clearing Cellular Residue'. I have adapted much of Gendlin's Focusing technique and created a broader use, which in HM includes Clearing Womb Residue, integrating past-lives, and other extraordinary experiences.

 

Many body-mind processes are available today for getting in touch with cellular residue or cellular layers of awareness and body consciousness.  Any of those other methods for which a client feels a natural resonance may be used in conjunction with The Hladina Method. However in terms of directly working with the cells,  HM  is the most comprehensive that I am aware of. This is because the Hladina Method facilitator does not leave an affected area of the body until the cells at that location have a self-recognition of being clear and operating in present time. Thus the most physical level of body attention is addressed and not just the psychological levels. The Hladina Method is openly inclusive of any other methods that a client finds useful and appropriate to increase awareness and to integrate psychologically, spiritually, and physically.

 

What the Hladina Method adds to the global conversation on Ascension Evolution, Transformational Psychology, Integral Yoga, and Transmutational Spirituality, are the new processes of Layers of The Heart, Clearing Womb Residue, the direct use of Liquid Light, the recognition of how the Supramental gold is connected the the Hladina energies, how it comes through the subtle layers, and ultimately to the cells and all of matter on the earth.

 

The very most important qualities of anyone aspiring to live in the New Creation now in consciousness, and more and more through the body, and outwardly in physical structures and creative expressions, are:

 

Sincerity in understanding that the Divine has decided that it is time for this New Creation to

manifest on earth.

Sincerity in understanding that All of our imaginations of what the New Creation is and how it is

actually coming through are extremely limited. We are becoming something so new, that no evolved human can adequately imagine it...we shall know it fully when we are it fully. So it is best that we

give ourselves fully to this process- that is called Surrender to becoming the New Creation.

 

More and more, we need a very full, anchored inner Peace, that is unshakable in the face

of "a Giant Dance of Shiva tore the past" (quote form Sri Aurobindo's epic poem Savitri-completed 1950) from that line he goes on to describe aspects of the New Creation.

 

A deep flowing Divine Love, Divine love, Divine Love, far exceeding all that we name as human love,

being in the flow of the Divine's Love as it creates and recreates something new, something wonderful, that shall have ample surprises for all of us, the ever fresh wonders of a new world

on this earth....

 

The Mother, of the Sri Aurobindo Ashram, said that the energies of the New Creation began

infiltrating the entire earth's atmosphere in 1956. For those of us born with the aspiration to become part of this next phase, the ascention process began long ago and not at the various points in the 1990's or with the year 2000 as many in the new age believe. But there are waves of people awakening all over the world at various times and naturally this shall continue.

 

Each one us has all the guidance that we need within. There are also points where it is very helpful to have assistance. I am doing phone sessions if you feel that what I have to offer is useful for you.
