Level One-Hladina Trainer´s Training
After completing Level One and Level Two Certifications, write Soleil Lithman for information on becoming a Hladina Trainer.
Further levels may be developed over time.
The Hladina Method® is viewed as an integrated form of spiritual, psychological, and somatic process counseling. The words “Hladina Method" and the certifications and processes unique to this method, including but not limited to Hladina Intern, Hladina Facilitator, Hladina Instructor and the processes of Layers of the Heart and Clearing Womb Residue as described and performed by this method, are protected by the United States Patent and Trademark Office with Reg. No. 3,167,693.
No reference or usage of these words may be made for soliciting clients or any other promotion, unless one has earned a certificate in the Hladina Method or with the written permission of the principal registrar, Soleil Lithman.
The Hladina Method must be practiced in conjunction with adhering to the laws of a particular country or state in which the Hladina Facilitator or Hladina Trainer practices. In general, this means that a Hladina Facilitator shall need to be a previously licensed counselor, psychotherapist, social worker, health practitioner, or in possession of an other license, certificate, or university degree that legally permits a person to conduct counseling on a professional basis. The Hladina Method Certification Program does not by itself provide for the basic requirements required by states or countries, but is seen as an advanced specialized training and process for already practicing health and counseling professionals.
Hladina Facilitators and Hladina Trainers are expected to be an honorable persons of spiritual and psychological dedication and profound inner development. If there is any complaint that a Facilitator/Tariner misuses his or her position through practicing on a professional level without meeting the legal requirements of the Facilitator's/Trainer's country or state of residence or engages in abusive language or any sexual touch with a client during the course of session, workshop, or training course, Soleil Lithman will hear both or more sides. If the complaint is justified, the HF Certificate can be made void at Soleil Lithman's discretion. For the time being, Soleil Lithman has the final vote in determining and defining what constitutes the Hladina work and what does not. Respect, politeness, and acceptance of Soleil Lithman's direction for the Hladina Method are expected in all communications including emails. The use or distribution of any of Soleil Lithman's writings or materials whether from her emails, web site, books, or workshop handouts can only be done with Soleil Lithman's written permission and with her name, “Soleil Lithman”, accurately attached. References in publications must be footnoted according to American copyright laws. (As usual in American journals for the sciences or psychology.) In short, a world wide standard of professional integrity is expected of everyone who uses the Hladina material whether that person chooses to become a professional Hladina Facilitator or not. There are no exceptions.
Level One- Certified Hladina Facilitator
A Level One-Hladina Facilitator Certification entitles a pre-registered Hladina Intern to practice as a Hladina Facilitator with individual clients on a professional basis. When a Hladina Intern has shown proficiency and understanding in the primary techniques provided by the Hladina Method® as outlined below, a signed certificate for Level One - Hladina Facilitator shall be awarded by Soleil Lithman. You must email Soleil Lithman and specifically write “ Please add me to your Hladina Intern list.” Signing up can be done any time within a year, after taking a Hladina Workshop.
If you are already engaged in an on-going counseling profession within the legal requirements of your country you may practice the processes learned in the workshops by verbally informing your client, “ I am registered as a Hladina Method Intern and I would like your permission to do this session and to receive a brief written commentary from you.” (Client commentary outlined below.)
Soleil Lithman has a published list of world wide Hladina interns, facilitators, and trainers on her web site www.inlightenthebody.com. This is the only official site for this list and shall give perspective clients the assurance of quality, as they look for a Hladina Facilitator.
1) Application to attend the 10 Day Hladina Method Certification Training Course.
In general, a person should have already attended at least one introductory
workshop by Soleil which includes Clearing Cellular Residue and
Layers of the Heart and have had at least one private session by Soleil or an other
Hladina Facilitator.
2) Fulfillment of the 10 Day Hladina Method Certification Training Course with documentation of the sessions given and received during the training and additional practice hour requirements of a Hladina Intern with documentation
as follows:
- 12 hours of practice sessions, as a Hladina Facilitator Intern.
- 12 hours of sessions received, either from other Interns or a Hladina Facilitator.
- A minimum of one session received from Soleil Lithman.
Facilitated sessions are documented by having the client write ½ to one full page about how the session was, what the Intern did particularly well, and giving any suggestions to the Intern.
Likewise the Intern writes about each session that he/she receives, including commentary for the facilitating Intern. Please submit these client feedback commentaries to Soleil Lithman. See submissions below.
3) Review of Soleil Lithman's book “Inlighten The Body - The Hladina Method”.(German version: “Die Hladina Methode”)
This is done in the 10 Day Training Course
Key questions to answer in a book review:
- What are three unique processes that distinguishes the Hladina Method from other
somatic and counseling methods?
- What is the role of the Psychic Being in the Hladina Method?
- What kind of client problems would the Hladina Method be inappropriate for?
- What is the importance of the teenage brain development?
- What part of the brain connects and mediates all interactions between the heart
and brain?
- Why is the heart the 5th part of the brain?
- What are the goals of the Hladina Method Level One?
- What did you personally learn from this book?
4) Journal
Interns are required to keep a journal of the sessions that they give and receive. Also Interns are asked to make at least weekly notes on how the Intern perceives his or her own changes, progress, and insights during at least a 6 months period after taking the first workshop and until completion of the Level One requirements.
The Intern shall copy selections from this journal for Soleil Lithman to review, totally 3 to 5 pages.
5) All write-ups shall be sent to Soleil Lithman or your Certified Hladina Trainer for review
All written materials are submitted to Soleil Lithman or your Certified Hladina Trainer as hard copy or email documents for evaluation. The submissions will receive a written commentary from your instructor. The documents will be evaluated as to the facilitating proficiency of the Intern. If more practice of particular skills is deemed necessary, your instructor will clarify exactly what is needed for the Intern to develop.
If all written materials and supervision sessions do meet the requirements, a certificate shall be awarded. The submissions are to be paid for as outlined below.

6) Level One Submission Fees and Conditions of Certification.
The total review fee with commentary from Soleil Lithman or your Certified Hladina Trainer of all written materials : US $ 200.00 , payable to Soleil Lithman or the respective Trainer.
Written materials should be sent in two halves. The first submission is when you have completed the written materials from the 10 day training course, along with the first $ 100. The second submission is made when you finish your other required documented sessions and the selections from your journal along with the second $100. These amounts are to be sent through paypal. Please notify your Instructor that you are about to send your submission, then your Instructor will send you a paypal bill request.
The fee for submissions is noted for 2010 and will be reviewed annually.
Please note, Soleil Lithman will not accept client commentaries or other materials sent one at a time.
Questions pertaining to sessions that you give while you are an intern may be made free of charge, at any time. If you have private concerns about yourself as an Intern or Facilitator, or are dissatisfied with an other Intern, Soleil Lithman will answer you by email. For longer or more detailed supervision or your own personal facilitation you may also choose to arrange to have phone sessions at Soleil's current fee.
If after the above submissions are made and reviewed Soleil Lithman or your
Trainer still feels that you need additional practice or knowledge in a given area you will be required to make further submissions for an additional $ 50.
If your behavior, actions, or verbal or written communications with clients or with Soleil Lithman, do not meet a professional standard of sincerity or integrity, including the proper use of copyright materials, then you may be refused a Hladina Certification even if you have completed the written materials. If you do receive a Hladina Certificate and misuse your position with unprofessional behavior with your clients or the misuse of Soleil Lithman's copyright materials then your certificate may be revoked and your name withdrawn from the published list of Hladina Facilitators.
In positive wording: A Certified Hladina Facilitator is a person of high professional Integrity,
with deep listening and empathic responding skills, whom all can trust within
the sessions and with all communications related to the Hladina Method.
