Ascension ~ The process of attuning to higher consciousness and adapting to higher and more powerful frequencies of energy. In truth this process is both an ascent and a descent because as the consciousness opens to higher energies, these energies then penetrate down into the body. As the body opens to these energies it feels and often can see more light inside the physical frame. But light and love also activate and loosen what is ignorant, unconscious, or is a residue of past experiences and beliefs. These un-lightened places must reveal their gifts, wisdoms, or be transformed or rejected to allow the descending light to bring more of one's true self into a new level of inlightenment and coherence. This is an on-going process at this stage of our evolution.

Ashram ~ spiritual center devoted to a particular path, teaching, and/or guru.

Auroville ~ an international community in South India devoted to a living human unity; inaugurated on Feb. 28, 1968—based on the vision of The Mother. It is one of the places where nature has responded very positively to the new energies and dedicated workers. www.auroville.org

Consciousness ~ is an inseparable part of the Divine. Exists everywhere. But objects or people are not necessarily self-aware of the flavors of consciousness moving through them.

Darshan ~ an 'interview' with a spiritual master through which spiritual experience is conveyed by the master to the seeker.

Integration ~ between the pure cellular consciousness and the Supramental are all the levels of our evolutionary history record—both individually, as in past lives, and collectively as in what nature went through to evolve a self-conscious body. There is also our individual emotional and psychological nature, personal mind, and all the levels listed (under Supermind) above mind. The psychic being becomes the center for this process of integration. That's a lot! For those who are seeking an enlightened body on this earth and to be part of ushering in this phase FOR the earth, integration is an absolutely indispensible part of the process. We went through this dramatic evolution for many reasons. Discovering and collecting the gems from the past and healing the wounds are important parts of the journey. This process of integration inevitably leads to limitless compassion, a universal identification with all, and a heart based self-empowerment for effectively creating what we want in the world. Integration ultimately means that one can view or experience oneself as a continuum of experience as a personality, an individualized divine center, a transpersonal self, and an enlightened body without there being any fundamental breaks between levels of consciousness—a full acceptance, comfort, and understanding of one's multi-dimensionality of being.

Light Body ~ this term is used by many different New Age groups. All angels and many spirit beings have bodies of light. Humans also have light bodies, the number varies according to the information of different individuals and groups.

New Creation Energies ~ I work with seven of these. Some of the energies are more for opening the passage between the subtle bodies and the most material body. Another three of them are closely related, which I affectionately call the "creamies" or Ananda, Spiritual Beauty, and Hladina. They feel very soothing and look like varieties of creamy white. These energies can greatly speed up any healing process. I believe that the "creamies" are meant to be part of our new 'food' in this evolutionary phase just like water and air. The evidence that I've seen so far is that these 'creamies' can offset the negative effects of many things in our environments.

Pure Cellular Consciousness ~ without the cellular residue of unresolved emotional/physical imprinting. The cells at this level look luminescent, like materialized light to healers and psychics such as myself.

Psychic Being ~ In Sri Aurobindo's evolutionary yoga this refers specifically to the individualized part of one's soul that benefits from going through evolution, otherwise known as the soul personality. The psychic being resides BEHIND the heart chakra and is not the same as the heart chakra. Although the personal heart feelings are usually affected by the psychic being. There are spiritual feelings that come from the psychic being—gratitude, compassion, sweetness, a divine child sense of love of the Divine, purity—not in the moral sense but in being true to one's path and mission without ego insistence—i.e. regardless of whether anyone outside of oneself recognizes one's truth or not. The psychic being grows and develops through evolution until it is ready to become the conscious center of one's being. This is the first necessary transformation—to move from a mental, egoic, emotional, or body self-identity to identifying oneself as a psychic being around which all the other experiences, planes and parts of one's being then integrate.

Satchitananda ~ is a state of awareness in which Truth, Consciousness, and Bliss exist simultaneously.

Supramental ~ is the full truth-consciousness of the Divine Nature. It has the power to directly change and transmute matter. Since 1956 the Supramental has been infusing the earth atmosphere, thus it is not just some humans that are aware of this huge shift but plants and animals that are around very conscious individuals or communities are also displaying remarkable qualities. Between mind and the supermind Sri Aurobindo delineates several layers. In ascending order they are:

• Mind
• Higher Mind
• Illumined Mind
• Intuition
• Overmind (the abode of the Gods and Goddess-aware of their divinity but still acting as separative or individualized forces for the One Supreme)
• Supermind - Supreme oneness, intention=action, this is where power is inherently part of will. Those who describe direct experiences of it in the body usually mention how powerful 'it' is—'it' is not a personal power but part of the greater divine intention, it shows up as a material gold—that is, a color that has mass; it does not feel etheric.

Transformation ~ change created by an intentional process, may be mental, psychological, spiritual, energetic and/or physical. On the physical level transformation refers to processes within the norm of human experience—i.e. taking an unfit body and using good diets and exercise to create a very healthy body.

Transmutation ~ I use this word to specifically denote the physical body's direct recognition and positive utilization of what I call the New Creation Energies. The direct utilization of these energies allows one to greatly speed up healing processes and to change how the body reacts to negative influences (i.e. high tension wires). There are indications that the very ways that the bones and tissues operate is positively affected and numbers of people claim that the DNA programming also changes.
